yes at run time i want to apply regex on text box in asp.net. one expression which is like ##.## (ex 34.56) is stored in database . I need to convert it into regex and want to apply to the text box for that field.

OK. First of all, we have an ASP.NET forum. If you want to do things dynamically on the client end, then this is vital, b/c you will want jscript, not C# solutions.
you can set the regex applied to a regex validator in your code behind, this is not an issue. Generating regex from a number, is not really possible. I mean, there are tons of different regex which all will match 34.56. If the regex is always a double, and you just want to set the number of significant figures each side of the decimal, that's pretty trivial. \d{2}\.\d{2} will match the above, and you can just change the number to change how many figures there are on either side.

I want validation in asp.net - textbox but i want to create one function which can take expression from database and convert that expression in to regex. so this will be C# Lib only.

You can't save a 'form'. You can save the state of a form, and then recreate the form's state from that data.

Hmm.. Create a KeyDown event and then check for the input character.
If its what you want.. then allow it.. or else cancel it.

Nope.. Thats the feature of .net that you wont need to recompile your project unless you want to use the new features of the dll

This will tell you (among other things)
1) Use descriptive thread titles (this is the C# forum so your subject of C# is not helpful)
2) Not to use the word "Urgent" - everything is urgent
3) We dont write full code for you - we help when you get stuck on a specific piece of code.

When you look for free help, you can expect to have to fit within the mores of the place where you choose to ask. You've broken about every one that I can think of, with the possible exception that your question doesn't appear to be homework.

Wow. There are just so many things wrong with your post.
1. The title - this is a C# forum, so a title of C#.net is redundant. It doesn't tell us anything about what your underlying problem might be. Make it meaningful.
2. We don't do your work for you. If you have a specific problem, then we will help out but we don't write code for you. If you want that, try rentacoder.
3. Don't put urgent in. It's always urgent - nobody ever says "take your time, I couldn't care less".
4. Don't put your email address in a post, that's a very good way to get spammed. While the forums aren't crawled just yet, there are plans to allow this to happen.
5. Google should have been your first port of call here. A simple search or two will save you so much time.
