I don't get questions like this. MVC is IRRELEVANT. You show a popup window on the client, and the client does not care how the server generated the HTML that was passed through. There's tons of libraries for popup windows in jquery. Find one and use it, and in general try to do some research instead of typing 'I need in urgent' and then hoping someone does your job.
