How to Dock Wimdow Forms?

Hi people, I'm working on a C# windows application,(NOT a ASP.NET proj.) using MDIParent and some MDIChids. I wanna dock child forms in a container, could you help me?

Why did you use an ASP.NET tag ? You can't do this in ASP.NET. Did you tag it in error ? Is this a web app, or no ?
