Hi,

Actually, I had a Asp.net website having one extensionless URL. It was working fine but suddenly it's stops working and it's redirecting to http 404 Page. Website hosts on IIS 6.0 on server for .Net framework 2.0.
We have used Aspdotnetstorefront in our website and also used Aspdonetstorefront URLRewriter dll for redirecting.
Please Help...it's urgent.

You know it's impossible to answer this unless you are telling a bit more about your configuration. How did you set up your extensionless url's in the first place? Are you using a url-rewriter?

There is no such thing as "extension", especially for URLs. There were extensions in PC-DOS/MS-DOS, but now this is nothing but using naming conventions based on old tradition.

There is nothing to help with, because there is not enough information. The problem cannot be related to "extension", due to absence of those in nature. :-)

Obviously, the file extension does tell IIS how to process a file, so web pages do have file extensions. If your dll 'stopped working', then odds are the code changed, or the setting in IIS or your web.config that loads this dll has been removed. We can't really do more than guess when you posted no code, but either the dll changed, or the configuration changed so the dll is not being used, those are the only options.
