Ihealth lab pub notification

I have created the Ihealth developer account and register my application. After successful registration, I get client_id and client_secret_parameter.
1. When I entered some data manually like weight, bp from Ihealth cloud then the notification hook doesn't fire any notification. I get stuck in this for the last 3 days.
2. Also when I try to fetch the manually entered data using version2 endpoint showing invalid SV number. I don't know where we get this SV number. While using v1 endpoint it working fine.

You've posted no code. The odds of people on this page using this API are low. They seem to have support options on their website.
