I have to become zero to hero in FIM - Forefront Identity Manager 2010, anybody could plz guide me how by giving ebooks, links, tutorials, video links. As i know nothing about so plz guide me

You could start with google. I've not even heard of what you're talking about, but I'm sure they have documentation.

Looks like it's a MS product with a ton of online information.
