There are various screensavers that use the web-service, like Christian and James' Code Project Screensaver[^] and Mike's Normal Code Project Screen Saver[^] Also Smoov Code Project Screen Saver[^] and Ramakrishna's Code Project Screen Saver[^] There is also Paul's CP+ Visual Studio.NET Add-In[^] Plus Consuming Web Services from a Win Forms Application[^] Those are the only ones I've got book-marked. There may be others I've forgotten about (I can't remember how many entries there were for the CP screensaver competition. Everyone wants a forum on their pet technology or the technology de jour. But as of one minute ago the domain http://www.javaproject.com was available; I'm sure Chris would be willing to talk terms if you'd like to start such a website. It's really not a bad idea, in my mind, as I don't see Java going away anytime soon, and there are a lot of companies and developers using it. It just wouldn't be appropriate in this venue, and our nearly 1 million members wouldn't respond well to it.
