Interesting, because I have to use my mobile connection to get to the site now.
I am guessing that my ISP, or part of its IP range, may now be blocked due to the DDOS.

Yep. I hear that someone put a little THC in the hamsters' water dispensers and they ran amok, chewing up the cables running between the Raspberry Pi servers in the basement. They're too fast to catch, so Chris had to wait until they took a nap to round them up.

Last night, I prayed to God for zero interest installments for the furniture I am about to buy.

I had an article open in the online editor. I was saving periodically but still, I had entered quite a bit of content since the last save.
Fortunately before I attempted to save again I opened another tab looking for a link to a previous code project article to use in my latest. codeproject.com responded with a 503 error and did so for the next several hours.
...with my editing tab open, and me praying to the gods of logic that nothing goes wrong.
Gotta feed the server hamsters, guys! 
Edit: Just saw Chris's message about the outage. That's unfortunate that people are terrible.
