I just tried it, and it picked up 54 emails from you in my deleted items folder1 out of the 8,575 items in there2 pretty much immediately. Only niggle is that it won't show me which folder an item is in.

Are you IMAP or POP3? This was on my desktop, so it uses POP3 and downloads all emails to here to clear the server. The other devices use IMAP and leave it on the server for this machine to pull down. I really hate 500MB inboxes on the server! Laugh | :laugh:


1: Everything goes in there when it no longer needs comments, and isn't directly money related - not a slight at you or CP, I just like to keep the inbox for new and current items only.

2: About 3 months worth - I archive emails fairly regularly.
