For ages, I've been annoyed that if I have to copy and paste two things over and over in code, it's complex. Why isn't there a clipboard memory? Turns out there is. Hit Windows-V and you will be asked to turn it on. It shows all your recent copies and you can click one to paste it

When I press "Windows+V" I get to see a window's title bar with the title "Clipboard" appearing right at the bottom of my screen and it just ain't moving! 
But good tip otherwise!

Joy of the "fluent design system" (and material as well, I think). "Let's not bother giving people something to grab on this window, we know better where it should be."

yep, one of the annoyancies of the design.
once enabled, it will appear close to where activated.
but does mean when showing, it will cover sections without means to have open and move about
