Act socially unacceptable, bodily noises galore type stuff, and I bet you get to go home early, OR no one will bother you during the entire process.
Why do you have to dress up? Unless you mean you code nude. Passive agressive protest with your clothes.

Think of it this way: somebody else is paying for this. This means food and (hopefully) booze of good quality, and reasonable quantity.
I financed my learning about the qualities of fine red wine this way.

How dressed up us "dressed up"?
Most I've toffed up recently was jeans and a short sleeve shirt (one with buttons all the way down!) once last year. I sell the product, not the wrapping. Then again I don't have a boss so no one can tell me otherwise. (Except the missus ... wait till she's not looking and make a run for the door, always trying to [over]dress me up she is )

OK - lets go at this from two sides.
The Monkey House Strategy
1) Prevention. Have a reputation for throwing feces at person who come by your office and ask you upsetting questions.
2) If at the meeting, bring an umbrella. When asked, explain it's just that sort of behavior you expect from them and you simply thought it to be prudent.
Either way - no more meeting hassles.
