I think this is OK. The link is just to a GitHub repository, showing the author what he did with his code. May even be useful as a demo for other users looking for the same type of thing.

My vote would be "idiot". If it is spam, then idiot would also be relevant, as I have no idea what he's selling (unless it is the e-commerce site, in which case if stuff like this is being produced, then no one would use their service).

I would not say it is a spam... It much more like an idiot (based on the content and the way it presented in the 'question')...
The problem is that there is no vote for idiot...
