My vote would be "idiot". If it is spam, then idiot would also be relevant, as I have no idea what he's selling (unless it is the e-commerce site, in which case if stuff like this is being produced, then no one would use their service).

Just curious if this profile is OK or they are CP partner. The profile name is CETPA Infotech, there is an image with company logo and web address in it. The website shows they are an IT training company.

It's probably OK - the company logo isn't necessarily spam on it's own.
But given they are a training company, I'll bet they come up as spam in the moderation queue pretty soon now...
