Many people consider frameworks as languages themselves. Given the nature of current software developement (e.g. to reach the light bulb instead of using a stair of the correct size it's better to put a chair on a table upon book upon 45 carpets of different size held up by 3 shorter stairs of different sizes) it's fairly common to have several frameworks in the same product. Add HTML and CSS - which are NOT programming languages - and a bit of boasting...
