From what I understand, no.
It's not the ISO that is registered with MS, but your precise PC configuration (IIRC it's the PC / motherboard serial numbers that they use) - and once that PC has been upgraded it's allowed to reinstall without a key for it's life. You are at liberty to reverse the Win 10 ungrade and go back to Win7, but you can install Win10 at any point from then.

So no - burning an ISO won't help you.

Do a good backup - as most people here know (because I keep on banging on about it) I use AOMEI Backupper and it works brilliantly for me. If you can't get backups to run reliably, then I'd seriously look at the PC - good backups are the most important part of any computer! But...you can just take the HDD out, add it to another machine as a second drive, and image it via backup software from there. Restore is the reversal of that process.
