It is related to... oh, this bug is reaaaalllyyy difficult to be found and it grants the possibility of XXXX If the guy is nice, will make it public. But there is also a well-funded team that is tasked with "debugging" OpenSSH/OpenSSL. So it may be that the first 700 or so bugs were mostly minor.
