No problem staying out at this temperature when it is dry when you are properly dressed.
I prefer that (-30c) to 1c when it is raining, and you get all wet and damp.

It is typical of people with MHD (Mustang Horsepower Disorder) that they are also OCD, quick-tempered, and possessors of arsenals, although there is significant debate in the psychiatric community about the degrees of correlation.
