It depends on the question. If someone posts an obvious assignment without showing any evidence of trying to solve it, then this is the obvious, and correct response. It still give them the opportunity to reword the question and show that they have tried to solve it for themselves.

If you do someone else's work for them, there are a couple of problems:

  1. The poster will likely not learn anything from it.
  2. They can submit the answer as their own work, and maybe gain a qualification that they don't deserve.

Would you want to work with someone who gained employment that way?
