Giving a chance to the user to improve his way of asking questions and hence the possibility to get another type of answers without scaring him with a nuke.

Although, if the user persist and start pissing off, the hammer solution is still something to be considered.

I, personally, say that usually as comment, but... if the "question" is so clear to be from a lazy assh... then I put it as answer to remove it from the unanswered list. It is enough time waste with one person's read. I leave a postdata though, if the user edits the question and raises it another time to the active list, then I remove my answer or edit it to give another kind of solution.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
