If, like moi, you have, for years, been baffled/misled/hornswoggled by the bizarre dys-organization and dys-content of MSDN technical documentation for C#, WinForms, etc. ... I mean haven't you ever wondered why, on the support forums, each message is repeated twice ?
Well, you may (or, may not) be chuffed to learn that an ex-employee, Elle P. Hant, has revealed that what has appeared to many as the scatter-shot chaos of an explosion in a compost pit is a deliberate educational strategy based on (hush-hush) research into disfluency in the cognitive psychology of learning: [^].
Elle, hiding incognito, living on take-out never ordered from the same restautrant twice, in fear her MS stock options will be confiscated, in the Consulate of a small South American country in Seattle, Washington, is rumored to be planning even more revelations about MSDN's subliminal conspiracies.
But, will we ever know why they don't present all the documentation in Comic Sans [1][2] ?

Are you merely incompetent or severely brain damaged?
Just made a purchase online where my credit card payment was being handled by PayPal. From what I could see the vendor had completed the transaction at their end and handed it off to PayPal.
I then entered my details and all was good. Until I clicked Pay and PayPal advised me that the Billing Address was wrong. It cannot ship goods to a PO Box. Well thank you very faarrrkkkking much PayPal but the Billing Address and Shipping Address were different. I allowed for the fact 5 SD Cards couldn't possibly fit in my PO Box and supplied my Home Address for shipping.
Funnily enough, if you had verified my details against the bank (which many of you dodgy financial gateways claim you do) you would see that my PO Box is the Billing Address for my credit card.
I hope Maria Sharapova's elephant pays you a visit, along with all his mates.

I have never had any issues with PP and I use both bank accounts and credit cards as funding sources and switch happily depending on what is being purchased. PP has been linked as well with Ebay and the whole process is painless.

Mostly people just bitch about a product, only fanbois want to constantly tell the world how wonderful the product is. As I don't use the service I can only go on anecdotal data which is highly reliable  and almost entirely negative.

My only experience of attempting to use CR was way back in VB4 days (i think it 4 anyway), and that was shocking experience and never touched it since.

Everyone has their pet hate, mine is CR. I used it extensively in the 90s, made a living writing reporting apps in various versions of VB using CR.

Never had any problems either; and given the choice between trusting randomSpecialtyProducts.com to have done its payment processing and data storage correctly or PP I'll take PP anyday. If for no other reason, because if paypal gets pwnd at least I'll find out about it...

Ironically I'm going through an almost identical scenario - finding out a seller won't ship to a PO Box after buying their product... have contacted them to either ship to the PO Box or cancel my order... no contact from them yet.

Besides these idiots unable to send SD Cards to a PO Box, my Optometrist wants stuff ordered online. So Specsavers have decided that Contact Lenses are too big for a PO Box as well.
Now I just have to hope my boy is home on the two different days the prders arrive, or that my Mother In-Law decides to answer the door instead of ignoring it like she always does when home alone.
