It's good to spend some time 'off grid'. Being online really reduces productivity in most aspects of life, although that's not true at work because having access to CP, SO and Google outweighs the time wasted posting on the Lounge and similar places.

I got a chuckle from that, we have been married over 30 years, I get a phone call from her maybe once a month, she has been travelling for 4 weeks and I have a total of 2 emails from her. Different strokes I guess.
