You do have a point on the messages. Even a simple text matching system would work in this case. Hey, Chris! I think we have something that may work over here (for one thing at least!)

I usually don't report behavior problems here, as they are all can be considered as more or less questionable, but sometimes this is really irritating.
How about these posts by OP:
BAR CODE Scanner use in C#[^]?
If a person gets offended on the notes that the post is not a question and provides no information to experts, and demands (Wes Aday, in this case) to stop commenting any of OP's post, let's think: can such person be considered as a qualified at least as an inquirer?

I am not sure that I agree. I think that people like this will either stop posting, or learn what's required, if the community responds to their unreasonable requests. I know my first ever post to comp.lang.cplusplus was greeted with derision and mockery ( somewhat unfairly, I think ). But, I knew I needed help and I wanted to learn, so I paid attention and learned the rules of the group. These people should be given the same chance.

The question in, er, question, was not an answerable question as posed. Report it as such and move on. I don't see the point in belabouring the point with someone unwilling to provide a clear question.
