Have you considered an overall design/approach at all? There's probably multiple ways to employ this, I can think of at least one pretty basic structure off the top of my head but there will be an unwillingness to help "do your job" unless you provide some input to indicate that you've done at least some of the basic work.

Hi,
We have a website that sends multiple emails on many events, but we have heard that if the number of sent emails becomes more than a limit in one hour, the receiving mail server (such as Yahoo! and Gmail) detects the sender as a spam sender and moves all of those mails to receivers’ spam instead of inbox.
Our question is that what is that limit and How to ignore or eliminate this limit?

This limit is set on external servers and cannot be controlled by you.

You'll need to go to the faqs or contact us section of each provider that you are concerned about and ask them directly as they will likely have varying levels, once you've got a decent cross section you can determine what a reasonable limit to set is.

guys;
As we know file upload uses a file dialog to let the user select the file to be uploaded. In most browsers the js code execution stops until the dialog is closed, but not in Safary and Opera.

I am wondering if there is a way to detect the dialog closing.

Add Reference (AjaxControlToolKit.dll) to your Project.

Register toolkit on your page and now you are ready to use Ajax Controls.

You can simply use Ajax in your Application..
UpdatePanel is the most common and it helps in avoiding whole page post back and set only the required part of page to postback.

There is nothing in ASP.net that will play just the audio track to a video file.

You have to separate the audio yourself from the video, and store it as an MP3 or something, and use an html object to play it in Quicktime or something.
