Reason for my vote of 4:
I prefer not to do any calculation in 'WHERE' clause since it will increase DBMS processing power needed.
Eventough in this case we can ignore it since all variables are actually static value.
I believe DBMS will calculate it in advance before executing the query.
So i think for this alternative would be better if last row calculation is done on top using variable then use it in 'WHERE' clause:
DECLARE @LastRow INT
SET @LastRow = (@ActualRow + @ItensCount / @Page) - 1

The reason i put 4 stars is because calculation in 'WHERE' clause is not encouraged eventough all the elements are static value. It would be much better to do the calculation on top using variable then use it in 'WHERE' part.
