see this Menu
Sub menu is not properly inside Menu box (In all browser).
when i set margin-left = 0 to menu then is looks like Menu.

It's quite frustrating to get a 1-vote on a perfectly good answer. Or what I believe to be perfectly good.
If I get a 1-vote I want to at least know why I deserved it. I can live with 1-votes in the lounge. But in QA I might've actually given a wrong answer. I don't care about the 1-vote, but I would at least like to be corrected so I will not make the same mistake in the future.
That said, making comments mandatory on downvotes in QA might keep the malicious univoters from actually univoting.
A downvote without clarification on a good answer might also fool the OP who will believe your answer is no good (while it actually is).
I think mandatory comments on downvotes in QA is a win-win-win-win situation

Every vote should be justified. An upvote speaks for itself, a downvote does not.
But you're probably right. Just ignore the univoting a-holes. All good univoters I know always leave a reason anyway

That doens't mean the reputation system shouldn't be mended in that area (i.e., force comments for downvotes).
