Actually, I checked it already. I tried clearing my entire cache as well.
I searched about why "ctrl+f5" is working and come to know that this is supposed to do a hard reset. The direct inference to this means the css are getting pulled from cache.
So I went ahead and deleted all the history, including cache cookies everything. I backed up my bookmarks and deleted them from browser. It didn't help. The problem returned after some time. 
Perhaps some pages are getting served from I don't know which cache. If the servers are changed entirely, it cannot be from the server cache.... I think re-naming the stylesheets with version number might be one direct alternative. But its Okay, I'm using codeproject now on IE instead.

Clean out your history/cache, your problem is the CSS file(s) are not being downloaded and cleaning you history/cache forces the browser to download the file again.

Try setting it up like this[^] so that the cache is cleared every time you close the browser.

No. It didn't help at all. Cleared the cache. Deleted the bookmarks. Not once, many times. Nothing helped.  The home page is good, but Once I log in - its all haywire. The error I receive is :- "Error: InitWatermark is not defined, Line: 973"
Is it coming from our proxy server's cache? No, it cannot be coz the site works good in IE. Then what on the earth is the problem with firefox? Is it keeping the cache somewhere hiding it in any hidden system folder never getting deleted?

If you're at work on an AD domain behind a proxy server have you tried enabling NTLM Authentication[^].
I'm not sure what else to suggest as I'm using 3.6.13 and have no problems what so ever, but then I'm not behind a proxy or at work.

Clear your cache, exit the browser, restart the browser, and navigate back here. That should take care of it..

I've been running FF 3.6.13 since it was released with no problems on CP or any other sane site. I have to clear cached CSS, etc occasionally, but that's all.

See this question I asked. I noticed two problems:
- When I posted the question, the code comment got changed from "// Shows [block] rather than [crazy character]" to "// Shows [block][block] rather than [crazy character]" (i.e., an extra block was added). The second block is even there when I subsequently edit the question.
- The preview functionality doesn't seem to like that character. As soon as I add it, the preview stops updating. However, the preview functionality seems to work fine with the double block.

Preview seems to be behaving now but I keep getting 2 for the price of 1. I'll add a bug report.

Ahh, well votes evidently aren't indicated on deleted items.

I dunno: should points be modified when a question is deleted? If so, then when you answer a question and the OP deletes it because he doesn't want anyone else to benefit, should you loose the points for answering in the first place?
I don't see that you can have the one without the other.

If you answer a question, and then delete it, you lose the points for the answer. And if your answer was voted down, you get those points back. However, that change in points also doesn't show up in your recent points list.
