I don't see any reason for there to be any problem, if you write a cookie, you name it, and then you reference it by it's name, right ? I've written https login pages that used cookies before without issues. What are you using to write this code ?

1 - why did you post this here and not in the ASP.NET forum ?
2 - what is an Ajile script ? I know that Agile is a methodology, but it's not going to have scripts. A google of Ajile brought up pages on Agile development in ASP.NET.
3 - if a scripting technology generates javascript or html, odds are it can be integrated with ASP.NET, given that this is all they do, too.

i have 100 records and on page 1 2 3 pagenumber i have to give

when i click on page2 then it should show me the records from 11 to 20.

you're using ASP, not ASP.NET ? Why ? It's a nightmare wrapped in a disaster.
You have to write script to generate links in the form of numbers, and then write SQL that requests the selected page, and works out how many pages there are . In ASP.NET, all that is built in.

I master HTML/CSS and ASP.NET . But when I want to start a new website , I get confused regarding website pages templates.
You know that web page design is not just the matter of HTML/CSS but also a matter of art(graphics).
I already know about techniques of turning webpages made in photoshop to HTML.
I wanna learn webpage design in the first place from an artist point of view . After that I already know how to turn it to HTML.
Can someone give me some clues about it ?

I recommend getting to know photoshop and fireworks well. PSD TUTS[^]is a gd site for learnign photoshop. But really when it comes to art it's like coding - the more you build and practice the better you get.
You could also look at googling "colour theory" and "Ipsen's wheel".
Fireworks is a good tool for prototyping sites.
But if development is your thing, and you dont want to get into design, then just buy templates - it's quicker.

I received the following message from you: where ever "/" is used it is taking as a path instead of a variable , so its difficult to change the coding where ever we have used it as "/" for spliting date etc.
I am sorry but this still makes little sense to anyone. If you can show a sample of code and point out which statement is failing and in what way, then someone may be able to assist in diagnosing your problem.

You haven't said how you create this site, but it doesn't really matter. You're going to need to embed some sort of ActiveX or Java control to support phone calls over the web. You're sure all your clients have a microphone in their PC ?
