I seem to have moved to the States recently, have all countries been reset to the US or is someone giving me a hint?

I am still located in Germany. Does it get reset to the states even if you change it back ?

Now your assuming I tried to change it instead of screaming BUG.....

Seems to have accepted the change back to Singapore.

Funnily enough I'd love to live in Belgium for a couple of years. I miss being able to get in the car and take a driving weekend away (I miss the car!).

Yeah if you can stand the traffic jams, endless searching for parking and never ending bad roads.

But I guess that's no different from anywhere else.

From experience Sydney and London have the same problem, Singapore, we don't even own a car as the public T/p is excellent. Been here 5 years and would love to have a winter again, summer can actually get boring after enough of it Blush | :O

I like the fact that you can get into the car and just drive into the countryside (a city state is well, a city ONLY), I have to fly anywhere except Malaysia.

Articles misclassified

I've recently come across a plethora of VB and C# articles that show up when attempting to filter for for C++. Further examination shows that I can't even select for filtering for C++. I select "C++ Filter" and Update List and the list box clears to "No Filter"

Of course this is made all the more confusing by having a drop list box AND a menu type bar, which is perfectly hideous design. Make your mind up and use one.

Finally C++/CLI should not show up under MFC/C++.

Do those articles that come up in the search have a VB or C# attribute in the upper right hand corner?

Yes. (Which is how I noticed it.)

It wasn't search, but Clicking Articles|Desktop Development|Dialogs and Windows. C# was highlighted on the "menu bar". I selected to filter to C++. It didn't work. I selected MFC/C++ on the menu bar and that worked, but occasionally C# articles get left behind.

(I just tested it. This time it came up with MFC/C++ hightlighted and some C# and VB articles under "Caption Bars." It also came up with some C++/CLI articles which isn't technically correct, though it is ambiguous.)

We try to keep on top of those attributes being where they shouldn't be. If you have an example I'd be happy to help fix it.

It's not just the attributes, the filter feature doesn't work--you have duplicate functionality, poor design. I could go on.

For now, Click Desktop Development|Dialogs and Windows|MFC/C++. I scroll down and and the top article under caption bars is a C# article.

First, I noticed that none of this works with FireFox 2.x. So I started IE8 and totally cleaned out histories and cookies.

I went to codeproject.com
I selected Desktop Development under Articles
I selected MFC/C++
I changed the filter to C# developer and selected "Update List"
A bunch of C# articles showed up.
The combo box changed to "Custom Filter" even though it wasn't
I clicked "Clear"
It said "No filter selected - all articles shown" (which isn't true.)
Clicking "Update List" reset the list
