OK.

1 - your variables should have meaningful names, not textbox1, etc
2 - your SQL should exist in a seperate dll, you should NEVER have SQL in the presentation layer
3 - because you pull your text directly from a textbox, a user can type valid SQL into that textbox, and thus create SQL that runs doing things you don't want. There are articles on SQL injection here on this site
4 - if you use a date/time datatype instead of a string, then the date will show in what ever format you ask for, because it's stored as a date, and not as a specific format.

I know. But, given that you haven't shown any signs of having thought about this at all, I'm not sure how it is that you expect to write an entire component to a commercial quality, based on a forum reply. How do YOU think it might work ? I'd imagine you need to either create MP3s for every letter you want to use, and generate some sort of playlist to stream the right sequence, or you need to write something that actually combines those MP3s into combinations to create a file to match each captcha.

People will be helpful if whatever you are asking is trivial. But audio-captcha doesn't sound like a trivial job. I have already replied to you many days before with some possible ideas but you didn't bother to come back or think about those ideas. See here[^].

I'd suggest to keep your rude behaviour apart, read forum guidelines and understand how this forum works. With this attitude it is hard to get a reply for your questions from any online forums.

This question is very hard to answer.

1 - what sort of tables. In the database ?
2 - what do you mean by state management. Do you know what it means, or did you see it in a magazine ?
3 - what values do you want to swap and why ?

State management is build in, just use viewstate or the session. Perhaps if you can better explain what you need, we can give a more specific answer.

Code is below.
Problem is that when I delete 1st row, it gets deleted successfully.
When click happens, post back takes place. In page load, again resetting of dataset etc takes place. Now again dataset is populated with original values.
Please note that after deleting one row, I am not transferring the change back to connected data.
So how to achive it i.e. delete as many as rows in disconnected mode (without transferring any change to connected database).

IF I put all code of page load in (!Ispageback), it will not work because in deleting event, it will not find instance of ds etc.

More details:
Say 3 rows in dataset. I delete one. it is successful. post back takes place. In page load, again data set reinitialized, again filled up with 3 values (because after 1st deletion, we have not update the live data). So how to set the variables in such a way to achive it?

Once your page has done it's work ( such as deleting a row ), redirect it to itself. That way, if you refresh, it will reload the page without regenerating the event.

I am trying to implement your idea but does not work.
Can u give an example or 1-2 liner snippet of code.
Again summarizing my requirement:
1. I should be able to delete the rows one by one in disconnected mode.
2. After deleting one row from disconnected, I am not making any chnages to live(connected) database.

Oh - I see. You want to delete lines from visibility, but NOT from the database AT ALL ? How bizarre.

I guess you need to transfer your data to viewstate on first read, and then manipulate it from there, without ever referencing your data source again.

i want display the data in grid view from multiple tables

like

the column should display "serial number" from table1 and second column sholud display "Name" from table2 and so on

any idea how to cater multiple tables with the gridview

You have to write a simple query for that, which will retreive data from two table based on join condition. Output of the query would be the source of GridView.
