Good luck with that.
First, you need to get VB.Net, as there is no support for VB6.
Second, No-one, and I really mean NO-ONE is going to do the code for you.
If you do not know how to even go about it, buy a beginners book and read it, slowly, twice, then when there is glimmering of understanding, attempt it yourself. When you fail, and you will, ask specific code questions about the portions of code you are failing on.
Thirdly, Never give your email address out, or you will suffer.

VB6 doesn't have any image handling capability that would work with the speed required to detect a face. You'd have to use an external C++ library to give you more speed.
Also, the fact that you're even asking this question says that you don't have the skill required to implement a face dectection algorithm yourself. This will be quite a large research project for you. Since you don't have the skill to do the research yourself, you don't have the skill required to implement the algorithm.
But, I'll give you a hint. Start Googling for "face detection algorithm". You'll notice that most of the URL's you get in the search results are for universities. What does that tell you about the technology?

Ah, forgive me, an obvious cultural difference, for us Europeans, Asian names can sometimes be rather non-gender-specific.
I imagine it is sometimes true in reverse.
I would say it WAS possible, but still insanely difficult.
There is all the code for looking at images, then looking at specific areas of an image, then comparing data models for eyes, nose mouth etc, then ensuring they are in the relative positions to give then an overall facial matrix and then that they are not merely coincidental images that fall into the similar pattern to form a face.
(Note: Even the human brain does this when it sees faces in clouds or Marmite jars!)
Possible? Yes!
Easy? No!

Since all versions of VB do not support pointers, getting that the image data without an external component is VERY slow. It could be done, just with horrible performance.

Hi all...
I want to create a LAN application to handle one PC from another PC. One can see file system of another PC,share his desktop like NetMeeting etc.
I have created a program to handle file system of local machine but I want to Impliment it over LAN so that I can handle all PC connected to LAN by a single PC.
So suggest me how can I do this. If you have any example then please tell me.

Define "handle"... Your question is just too vague to answer without that word defined.
Working with a remote file system is no different that working with a local one. You just have to use UNC paths instead of a drive letter. It would also help greatly if you understood how Windows networking works.
If your machines are all in the same ActiveDirectory domain, then you can just use your own admin-level account to gain access to the default admin shares on each machine. A typical UNC path would look like this:
\\workstationName\C$\folderPath\filename

How do you apply Visual Styles to the ProgressBar (without checking 'Enable XP Visual Styles' in the Application Properties), so that you get the Smooth Scrolling effect in Green as opposed to the Blue Chunks that is the default.

You'd have to make your own progress bar to do that without Visual Styles. The progressbar in the toolbox only takes it's cues from the Visual Style setting and the system.
