I got realy good help from this source.
Only problme is that when I inlclude timer in my code and if I include marker it want support zoom level.
I tried with drop-down list where I gave zoom level options from 1-17. On Zoom Level selection - from dropdown list, it works fine with poly-line even if refreshing every after 10 seconds.
but if I include Marker code it does not shows map of selected zoom level, insted of that it shows me map of some default zoom level
Its veary urgent for me to solve this problem.
please help me to out from this problem.

Hi
i hav a gridview with 5 columns. I am getting data from database and binding the the values to the grid.
now on clicking a row of the grid, i want to display the status of the record.
the status should be displayed just after the row in the gridview. could somebody help how i can do this.

I am sorry for not being clear and thanks for the immediate response. on clicking a link present in column of gridview, i want to display my customised message after the row. it means this message should be displayed in between rows. this should happen the same for all the rows. and the message to be didplayed after the corresponding clicked row.

GridView have SelectedIndexChanged event and in every selected row you can write you customized message.

Hello Friends,
I want to use asp.net routing in my project.Also i am using .net authentication for login.When i set a url in global.asax like Routes.Add("Home", new System.Web.Routing.Route("{Home}/{*Id}", new CustomRouteHandler("~/FrontEnd/Home.aspx")));
I call the Home url on a button click like Response.Redirect("Home/View");
But the url in addressbar looks like http://localhost:4254/CGCBM.Website/FrontEnd/Home.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fCGCBM.Website%2fFrontEnd%2fHome%2fView
as per routing the url looks like http://localhost:4254/CGCBM.Website/Home/View but it looks like entirely different.Please help me to sort it out.

Congratulations, you get todays 'most stupid person on the forum' award.
1 - how does AJAX increase load time of pages ? It does not, any more than any other page content
2 - you say 'I don't want to use AJAX', then ask if you can use javascript. You therefore have NO idea what AJAX is. NONE !!!!!
3 - AJAX is the only way to send data back to the server without doing a postback in ASP.NET. It uses javascript.

Funny that's about what I was thinking. I think what this guy needs is a very highly specialized Javascript class taught by Google. You can enroll any time you wish and it's called "Search". Anyway... you nailed it.

You are going to have to post something back to the server. And you've ruled out the two ways to do that. (AJAX is just javascript)
