Hi freinds,
Iam creating radio buttons at runtime it is working fine in internet explorer but with firefox it is very difficult to select radio button.
I am using ASP.NET c#,version 2.0
this is the code iam using,
RadioButton rd = new RadioButton();
rd.ID = "id" + i.ToString();
rd.Text = ans[i];
rd.GroupName = "dynrd";
And binding needed RB to Panel like this,
Panel1.Controls.Add(rd);
How to solve it....I can select radio button but it is very difficult to select.

what does 'difficult to select' mean ? It sounds like your firefox is not drawing the radio buttons well. You have to explain yourself better. If the buttons are too small, try using CSS to make them bigger perhaps ?

Hi to all,
I have a problem.
Actually i have a table in a database.In which there are four rows whose first two words of a column resembles.I want one of it.
And i have around 15 such similar groups.I want one from each.
Help me out.

This is nothing but a SQL Problem. There is no relation with asp.net with this query . please post it to SQL Forum.

hi,
im doing a project in ASP.NET using C#. I have used a multiline text box in which when i type any url or mail id,it should be
displayed as hyperlink at once,and other typed data remains same.
for example[ this is just for example....other data..if you want...my email id is: abcd@hotmail.com . ]
Such type of working can be seen when sending mail,where after typing url it looks as a hyperlink.
likewise i also need such functionality in my project..
please help me.. soon.

A syntax highlighting textbox on the client side ? I doubt you can do that with javascript. Perhaps with an embeded .NET or java control ?

Thanks for the reply.I have tried server.urlEncode() method and regular expression but still i was not able to achieve what i actually want.With the help of regular expression ,can you give me an idea to fulfill the purpose. or any other simple idea.

Hi,
When we point any link, its address is getting shown in the status bar. How to hide the url, which is showing in the status bar, while pointing the link. (For all events of mouse)

I didn't get you ?  You want also hide on on-click event ?
you can do it mouse out and mouse over but i am not sure about hinding on onClick event.

Hi everyone,
I have an asp.net website with master page in it.
I have 10 asp.net pages for a master page in my application.I want to
show a rounded image progress indicator,before the loading of each page,
in my application from menu click(from where the pages are accessed).
I have searched for 2-3 days in google.
But everyone is giving the solution during page load.And i have also created it during page load.But I want it before the page is loaded.
Can anybody please..please help me!!
I am really frustrated with this..

You need to rewrite your whole app so that it uses AJAX to load all pages, so you can show some sort of progress bar while that happens.

What CG suggested is all correct. But I am curious to know why you want this ? Every body wants the pages should be load as soon as possible user hits the url, and you wants some delay ?  . Why ???

This is a common question nowadays, the core reason is that people don't understand ASP.NET at all, and so just think they can add a progress bar to their pages.

Hi Abhijit
One procedure which I followed to load page load indicator in asp.net page is update panel using Ajax.I kept asp.net controls under ajax update panel. And in button or menu click(with out any url given) the indicator "Page load in progress...Please wait" is working well.But,it is not coming when i click on the menu link with a page url.
Is there any procedure to do that using ajax?
I have found many JavaScript code for progress bar.But those are showing with the time
the page is loading(as the progress in browsers shown).As I have already told that I want to display the indicator for the pages with big loading time.Is there any procedure to do that for 10-15 asp.net pages with same master page?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Yes, but the issue is, I am not sure how the ASP.NET AJAX library will support this. If you learned actual AJAX, you could definately do it.

Exactly the answer I gave you. Rewrite them to use AJAX to load the pages, and show your progress indicator.
