Here i get time in 0:24 format ..

hi all,
I am developing website, here i am using Two gridview with two AnimationExtenterControl and two slidercontrol..the problem is both AnimationExtenterControls are firing first gridview...
I want to fire first AnimationExtenterControl to First gridview
and second AnimationExtenterControl to second gridview..
if anyboby knows please reply me...

Hi,
I've deployed a web application to my client having set up a couple of user accounts from Visual Studio's (2005) ASP.NET (2.0) management tool.
My client has deployed the application on a Windows XP Pro machine but can't now login.
How can my client manage the ASP.NET users? I can't find anything in IIS to let my client manage the users from there. Is there something equivalent to the ASP.NET Web Application Administration tool?

Did you set Security Setting in IIS ?
You can Get this by
Right Click on Virtal Directory ->Properties -> Directory Security

Thanks but that manages what type of authentication applies to the web site, Windows authentication, etc.
What I need is to be able to manage the users I've created through Visual Studio's ASP.NET Web Site Administration Tool (WSAT).
If I use the WSAT from Visual Studio I can create users and assign passwords from the Security tab. If I run my site from Visual Studio, I can log into the site using the users. If I then publish the site elsewhere, I can't. I therefore need to access the site's database to manage the users.

Just for further info:
The problem is that I run my web application in debug on my XP Pro machine and I can logon to the web app using the settings I defined using the WSAT (web site administration tool). If I deploy the web application to another XP machine, I can't seem to login using the username I defined.
I can't understand what's going on!
Does there need to be some reference to the ASPNETDB.MDF file in web.config?

currently i m using asp.net 2005 with C# (framework 2.0)
i want to fetch the WINDOWS LOGIN USERNAME & LOGIN TIME through means of my project and store it in a database table.
System.Environment.GetEnvironmentVariable("username");
The above code i used. its working in my local machine.
but when i host to server (INTRANET), its not functioning (If i disable the ANONYMOUS one, then everytime user want to enter his ussername & Password. this should not happen. automatically i want to fetch it)
how to achieve it?

Because its returning your local system username.

This Should be happend. Because Its Need Authentication.
Then you should Check Integrated Windows Authentication mode. So that its prompting user id and password.
If you checked Integrated Windows Authentication , then it will take windows credentials for login, but i dont think you can read it in this way.
Now , You can try with form authetication which will Authenticate user From Active Direcotry then only you can get the user name.

I am using 2 textbox for arabic and 2 for english. Is there any propety of textbox which I have to assign to texbox and onfocus it know what I have to type AR Or Eng without javascript. Any help will be appreciated..

Hello All,
I am having a Treeview Control on Master Page which loads all the Parent Nodes from Master Page code behind and Child Nodes from one of the Content Page. I have 4 Parent Nodes which are loaded in Master Page and last 2 Parent Node has 3 Nodes which are loaded from database on selection of from the first Content Page.
The Problem is that when I click submit button on the Content Page say ContentPage1.aspx then all the child nodes are added but when I click on any other Parent Node which is on Master Page all the child nodes are lost...
I hope I made myself clear ...
Can someone tell me how can I handle this ...

Dear Team,
I have a requirement that
i am displaying the records in the datagrid which will are fetched from the database , which has 3 columns
1. id
2. the blob data
3. the file name ( this can be of any format ) like .txt,.pdf etc.
so when i click on the perticular file name ( which is just an name ) the file should get opened in its corresponding format by reading the data from its perticular blob column.
expecting an responce from your side

You'd do a response.binarywrite to write the blob and you'd set the content header to tell the browser what sort of content it was. There's tons of examples on the web.
