Particularly in dataset we can't.But of ur requirement is dynamically display the data right,so you go< for
Gridview control and set AutogenretedColumns=false.Then u go designing or write TemplateField in the below of <column> tag ..there is you write whatever columns field you want ok.
like ex: <templatefield headertext=colName field="<%Eval(originalcolumnfield)%>">

Hi,
Can i use comports in a windows service ?
if yes, how does i know the portnumber when no user has logged onto windows ?
for me as user the comport is 6 and 7 instead of 1 and 2.
can i build a service than, using comport 6 and start the service with local system account ?

We made ours configurable so we could change comports easily. Whether some one has logged into the system or not makes no difference as the comport is still there.
Just open com 6 or 7 as usual

Can you control the parameters of a port opened on a remote machine?? Not likely, but you haven't said what you're really trying to accomplish with the method either.

Hi All,
I want to implement MVC in C#.net. I have multiple view and single controller.
I have grid on the form which is docked in MDI Parent form. User want to view same out put in un-docked view. If user perform any action then same effect should appear on the both views.

The above error raised while open an report. DataSet dsRoutecard.xsd file is used as datasource. Tables are filled before opening the report.

If you're using CrystalReportViewer object to show the report, try wiring CrystalReportViewer.Error and CrystalReportViewer.HandleException events. They should give you more info what goes wrong.

Are you sure that a new path is being sent to the method? If you attempt to ovewrite the open file you can get this message. If a new path is being set, check that your program has write permissions on it.

Try not disposing of anything, and see if it works. I have had problems closing streams in a similar scenario. If it works, try wrapping the disposable objects in using blocks instead (which strangely seemed to work in my case).

Hai all,
I wrote a code to read & write in the Excel 2007 in C#.net 2005.
I made an exe of it to deploy. It works fine in the development environment but fails outside it giving the Error:
************** Exception Text **************
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Interop.Excel, Version=1.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Why this problem occurs? How to solve?

I suspect that other computers either don't have Excel installed all they have other version.
