You will need to render a page containing the receipt then you could execute a print command client-side to print it, or rely on the end-user to click the print button of their browser.

Error when trying to enter small gridVeiws to row of a big grid view

Hi,

I have a main gridView.
The user need to enter data to a amall grid view, and the small grid view need to be added to the main gridView.
Every time the user click on a button the small grid view need to be entered to a new row of the main grid view.
I want the main grid view to display all the small gridVies that the user already entered.
How do I do it?

I tried to save all the small grid views in an array and tried to add them to the main grid every time the user clicked on the button but then I got:

Hi All,

I need to implement drag n drop functionality in my project in order to compare my products. I can't use any ajax control. This is to be done using Java Script. Please give me a solution where I can start developing from scratch. Any built in example would be helpful.

Hello Friends,

I would like to upload asp.net page. i am getting error about opening connection with microsoft access.

First when i upload web.config file, it shows me error of that then i change web.config as per error suggestion.

then i am getting error about open connection.

How about telling the error description?

Hi Guys

In Web application i am using ajax tool kit so my application is working properly
but when i leaved my application idle for 10 or more than 10 minutes
after that clicking on any event its giving script message as below
after refreshing page again its working fine

"Validation of view state MAC failed. If the application by a web form or cluster, ensure <machinekey> configuration specifies the same validation key and validation algorithm
Autogenerate can not be used in cluster."

Hi I have an application in ASP .NET 1.1 , in that i am using log4net for logging information. My demand is i need 2 seperate log files(but file appender only). Is it possible with log4net and how? Please tell. It's very urgent.

I am using the gridview to show the data from the DB.
I am using a checkbox to edit the data in the DB.
If checkbox is checked once then the page must pop up with that data.
If multi items are checked then apage must be pop up with selected multiitems data in a grid.
For this am using onclick event to check the single item is checked or multi items are cheked.
have used a script to pop up a page.
Can anybody tell me "CAn we use onclient click and onclick propertities on a single control"?

Yes. If onclientclick returns false, the onclick will not run.

i have grid view in which i have allow paging.......so i have 10 pages.123456789...n so on

to get all pages i hv write the code as follwes.
