In our network we have some system out of firewall and we want to check how much network they are using for internet.
for that we want to check for only internet packets sent and recieved by the system and nothing else. Since systems are on network so we want to check how much is internet bandwidth being used by system.
How can i check for only internet bandwidth used and not internal network

I'd figure WinPcap[^] can do that. This[^] is a good place to start.

I am using the following command
Sheets("SHEETS").Delete
this works however it requires the user to confirm deletion, is there another way of deleting a sheet without the user confirming

You can just connect to the SMTP server directly and send the necessary commands. However, GMail requires a connection over SSL.

What type of exception?
Sounds like either you are missing a dependancy, or that you are trying to use reflection, and the hosting provider doesn't allow it?

I tend to collate the data for the report into a Typed DataSet from within my VB.NET program then pass the DataSet to Crystal Reports, which means that you are only using CR to present and sort the data as required.
Visual Studio comes with a version of CR as standard, but if you what the full blown product you will need CR XI Developers Edtion Service Pack 0 or CR 2008 Developers Edtion Service Pack 0, depending on whether you are using Visual Studio 2005 or 2008 (not sure if CR 2008 integrates with VS 2005), but the Crystal Reports Support people should be able to answer that question.

I can not figure out how load the file into my bitmap without getting an error with Option Strict set to ON (It works fine with Option Strict OFF .. )

Option Strict OFF is the same as 'I am not a programmer'.
The problem is simple. Bitmap.FromFile returns an image, not a bitmap. Yes, this is stupid.

I understand that .fromFile returns an Image = question remains what's the correct function to use to load my Bitmap file into my bitmap ??
How do I Convert it?
I goggled it - but it seems everybody else has figured this one out or the offered solutions seem rather "complicated" to me
Im I using the wrong Load function ?
Is there a direct conversion from Image to Bitmap?
Whats the "proper" way of doing this?
Do I need to load it into an Image first and then use a conversion ???

Well...not entirely since FromFile is actually inherited from the Image class.

The Bitmap class has a constructor that takes a path to a file and a constructor which takes an image. The best option would be something like this:
Public BitmapImage As Bitmap
BitmapImage = New Bitmap(filename)
' or
BitmapImage = New Bitmap(Bitmap.FromFile(filename)) I think the first option is simpler.

I want to catch the IHTMLElement2.onscroll even and using the following code:
AddHandler aBody2.onscroll, New mshtml.HTMLElementEvents2_onscrollEventHandler(AddressOf Me.aBodyEvents_onscroll)
but VS2008 is saying that onscroll is not an event of IHTMLElement2, please tell me how to attach to this event.
Another approach I used is as following:
This event is appearing as an object to IHTMLelement2 object and when I declare an instance of HTMLElementEvents2 using following:
Dim WithEvents aBodyEvents As HTMLElementEvents2_Event
aBodyEvents = DirectCast(document.body, HTMLElementEvents2_Event)
then VS2008 is showing that it has the onscroll event but it doesnt fire at all.
Please help me.
