I don't understand the question ? The webmethod attribute marks a method as being visible to the outside world, AFAIK.

Hai all,
i had one page which can have no.of questions?i retrieve and display the questions.
my problem is the question no. 5 have sub questions.if i click the fifth question link then it will display only the subquestion.
how can i get the subquestions for main question 5.
Exam:
What is xyz.com and what can i buy here?
How Do I upload my images?
Are my pictures safe?
What are your prices and how much will my order cost?
5.Ways to contact us?------This is a link.if i click this link then all the above 4 questions will be invisible and the sub questions will be visible .
sub questions r from DB
1.Can i contact through phone?
2.Can i contact through mail?

You could use a panel for this, put your first four questions in a panel and your last one in a seperate panel and just make visible/invisible when you need to.

but it is showing all the questions including subquestions .and the second panel is not showing intellisence.

hai,
currently i m using asp.net with c# (.net 2005, 2.0 framework).
here i m trying to merge two dataset column wise and the column count,table name same.
for example, i use two dataset ds1 and ds2.
ds1 contains A,B,C,D column.
ds2 contains E,F,G,H,I,J column.
i need the resultant in gridview as A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J
Note : always the Rows will be equal in both ds1 and ds2 dataset.

You can't. People who ask this, are usually asking because their permissions system is broken. If you build a persmission system properly, you will store a key in the session to tell you the user is logged in. If they log out, this is cleared, and every secure page will redirect to the login page if you browse to it and the session object is not set to tell you that a user is logged in.

This might work. Sometimes. Anyone who wants to defeat it, can. Trivially. So, write good code in the first place, and you won't need this.

This makes no sense at all. If a session object marks that a user is logged in, of course you can abandon it. The session is unique per user, that's why you use it in the first place.

i don't know how to disable 'back' button,
but,
I have a idea ....
suppose, u have 10pages as 1.aspx,2,3,....9.aspx
now the user moves from page 3.aspx to 4.aspx
now, when the user arrives at 3.aspx, use Session["pagenumber"]="3";
when the user navigates to page 4.aspx, change it as Session["pagenumber"]="4";
at the entry of each page (in the page load function) check this entry !

Is your page load interacting with your grid at all ? If you look at this code in the debugger, do any of the cells have data for that row ? For any row ?
Tell me it's not really called gridview1 ???
