Hello,
I'd like to ask for a little help. I'd like to have code to get all the icons from the system tray and interact with them. If anyone can give me some guide or some sample it would be a great help. I'm using vb2005/2008.

Yeah, i saw that but had troubles when trying to code it in vb.net. Is there any way to create a class from your sample app and give me the source. It would be really appreciated and of course if you want i give you the credits whenever i use the code.

Hi,
AFAIK you could take the exe file and use Reflector to turn it into a VB.NET source file,
then change whatever you want to change.

Why? Where is your code that doen't work. The idea is you write some code, and if you really cannot figure out why it doesn't work, and cannot find an answer from Google, THEN post it here and someone will try and assist. Otherwise, employ a coder.

Hi ...
Here i am working on the windows application with vb.net coding.Right now i am giving the navigation to using full path like ("C:\abc\abcproject\user.html") but i wanted to give up from my project ..all my folders which are required path in my project .like user folder contains user.html....can anbody help me to solve this problem..

use following statement
Dim Path As String<br />
Path = Application.StartupPath<br />
or<br />
Path = CurDir()<br />
above statement return the path of the folder which contains assembly or EXE.

So your checkbox works up to the point of when you are looking at the data in your datagrid and you manually sort the data, you lose your check mark that was placed in the check box?
If that is the case, then you most likely will need to remove the functionality of your data grid (cant be manually sorted or resized etc.etc) and write your own sorting function that scans the check box's to see if they have a check first before you allow your datagrid to resort.

Sorry, I don't understand your question. App.config is just to hodl your user/application config paraneters. You can store the folder you want to scan in there, the same as any other config setting.

Ya.. That is the question i do not know how it actually works. I refer to my colleague project i saw him using app.config to scan the folder but i dun understand how he do it. I have another way to scan a particular folder but my boss wanted me to use app config. By looking at my colleague project i knows wat to type in the app config tab to get wat i wan but i do not know wat code to type to call out the code i key in on my app config tab to scan the folder on my main source code tab. Hope u understand i know is a bit blur but tis is the best i can explain.

Assuming you have stored the folder you want to scan as an application setting called FolderToScan in app.config, you read it like this
Dim lookin As String = My.Settings.FolderToScan
App.config is just a place to store suer and application settings, it does not do anything.

No, for the last time app.config ONLY HOLDS INFORMATION, IT DOES NOT REPEAT NOT, DO ANYTHING. For that YOU have to write code.
