Below iam explaining my problem,Please any one can help me.

We are not using any database.

User can select files from local drive and upload files on to the form.

user can upload any type of files here(pdf,txt,rtf,jpg...etc).

All files need to show up on form each time user open's this form, so that he/she can append more files to it .

All files should be clickable and opens up in their format Ex:pdf, rtf txt.....
