I know you can capture right clicks and suppress them, so I see no reason why you couldn't use the same code to bring up a javascript menu.

I have created a metode to create RadiobuttonList dynamically but when i show it in my page end i chec them to false or true and when i click the button all radiobutton is coming back to true.
I have a function to read wgat user have selected :

I am using PayPal for online payment. I want to use DoExpressCheckoutPayment method of PayPal.
Is it possible to pay through this method without login or signup in the PayPal site.

But I do not understand your answer. My question is Online Payment using PayPal I want to use DoExpressCheckoutPayment method of PayPal. Is it required to login in the PayPal site for that user.

Are you looking for the just lower value? then
may be WHERE Max(Value) < Value
Or you require "1" Less than the current value ?

How about using the subtraction operator (-) to subtract the literal value one (1) from the value?
