Remember, you are pretty much limited to the refresh rate of the monitor.
If the monitor is at 60Hz, then there is no possible way to flash the text more than 60 times a second. (That would be a delay of about 16 milliseconds). Actually it would not be possible to flash it more than 30 times, because half the time the text would not be displayed.

When you invoke class1, it's constructor will be called automatically.

you cannot call constructor, it automatically called when you make new instance of the class

The line in bold is calling the constructor with no parameters. You could pass a string to call the contructor you listed.

add your class in an ArrayList, then bind that AL to your ListBox, something like this :

ArrayList AL = new ArrayList();
AL.Add(new ubi());
LB.DataSource = AL;
LB.DisplayMember = "UserName"
LB.ValueMember = <your control>
