Some new members do. The reasons vary.
Some deleted because he/she got blamed for the way he/she asked the questions.

Well, there's no generic way to do this. You'll have to start a new SDI application from scratch and then copy/paste the functionalities you would like to transfer (and it might be more complex than just copy/paste).
