Yes, the other way is to write a page handler for a custom extension, which returns the byte data and can be used to embedd the images in a page. The best way IMO, is just to store the images in the file system, and their paths in the database.

Your best bet is to add a literal, find it in the event and stuff your div in there. Although, I believe you can just use runat="server" and then search for it by id.

Well, resizing one columns width resizes them all, and it has nothing to do with your database. Are you displaying an image, or text ? Do you have the image data in your DB or just an image path ?

ds.Tables[0] //ds is dataset
When you get table in dataset, you can do anything with that table

Hi,
I have created a small project which uses a SQL Server DB. I have a stored procedure whcih takes certain parameters.
In my website project I SQLDataSource defined which uses uses the stored procedure.
If I do not specify any of the parameters int he SelectQuery of the datasource the program hits the DB (can see in the SQL profiler) and gets the data, while if I specify the parameters and the program doesn't hit the DB (There is no entry in the SQL profiler). I just can't understand why it is happening as it doesn't give any errors.
