You should create your destination Bitmap (pbm) with format
PixelFormat32bppARGB, not bm.GetPixelFormat().

You obtain a copy of the pixel bits in PixelFormat32bppARGB format
with LockBits(), but when you call UnlockBits(), the pixel bits are
converted back to the original Bitmap format.
