I have a login page with two telerik comboboxes. This control renders a tag with a src attribute pointing to a RadComboBox.js file. The file is present where the src attribute indicates, so I'm guessing there is some kind of permissions issue with Firefox reading or opening the file.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. I'm running ASP.NET 2.0 on IIS 7 and Vista Business.<div style='display:none;' class='CPhogPost'></div>

So is it working as expected in IE or other browsers ? If yes you might me using some IE proprietary code, which firefox can't understand. Do you have FireBug installed ? It will give you a clear picture.

It works in Firefox on my desktop machine, and at all our clients. It's only on a freshly installed Vista Business, in IE and FF, that it doesn't work. I have firebug installed, and it tells me that functions declared in the .js file referenced are not defined. This causes the error:

window["ddlUser"] = new RadCombobox("ddlUser", "ddlUser", true);

This is script automatically rendered by the control, i.e. nothing here has changed except that the Javascript required to permit this statement is not loaded or loaded but not working.

Hi Guys, I have an interesting Problem : just Look At it and please Justify

I have already created .csv file containing two values (Which are simply passed through a function),I can do this successfully,

Now I have an image which is bar charts :
This Barcharts are generated with that two values that I have used(Passed) in .csv file.

Now
This bar charts I can show successfully in Running mode,

But,
Now I want that image file to be shown in .csv file

'or'
Is there any way to generate bars with that two values that i have passed in .csv file.

It is something like to do programmig in .csv file [But i think it is not possible Wink | ;)

I think you want to read the values from teh CSV, and craete the barchart with those values but you can't?

If that is correct, then...

Have you managed to read the values in? If not, what errors are you getting? Show us the code.

Give us more info, you'll get an answer - sounds like an interesting problem and the word 'urgent' didn't appear anywhere!

Actually it is not really urgent: I m not still under Pressure to do this.
But,Im sure, I have to do this in very near future.

Now Look,

I m getting Two Values from my database,
Right Now Just i have to show this two values in .csv file.
I can do this successfully.

Now I also have to generate Bars In .csv File With that two values.

Now i would like to say, I m generating Bars In Running Mode of My Project.
I m generating Bars With this two Values And Simply Passes To The Control That i have made. And I Can Show Bars In Gif Formate In Running Mode.

If you ahve your bars working, then you just need to open the CSV file, read in the values, and use them to generate the bars. I don't see what else you could mean? Open text file. read values. Call Bar Render function, passing in values. Post the code if you have any.

Hi to all!

How to make a Dynamic break between two Texts (tax,------,policy,) in dropdown list box. That should be dynamic and not be touched by cursor. Without using javascript, only by using HTML.

Hi to everyone.
Following is my doubt:

Working with asp.net and web references I often used a tip to configure on the fly my web reference and it's timeout, with two parameter in the web.config file, and making a little change to the auto-generated reference.cs file.;)

When starting with VS2005 and Asp.net 2.0 I was very happy that now this feature came in an automatic way. Smile | :)

But the reference.cs file are created in the paths:

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\[$APP_NAME]\...\...\Sources_App_WebReferences\.... OMG | :OMG:

So, my question is: It's possibile to set the environment in such a way this file can be added automatically under my solution?
In this way tracking and making changes to the code will be more simple.

Hi,
In my ajax enables asp.net application, i'm using a updatepanel. In this i've kept a html input image control. But the probel is when i browse this site, the images are not seen.
Can anyone tell me where i'm wrong? The code is as follows:

Are you sure the images are in a subdirectory off the directory holding the page?

Any reason you are using <input type="image". If you use the asp.image class you can specify the image path from the root using ImageUrl="~/img/filename.gif", which generally reduces these relative directory issues.

Is this on a webserver or running locally using the local web developer server? Has it ever worked? If you strip your website back to a single default.aspx page what happens? Are you doing anything clever in ApplicationState in the the global.asx file?

So many questions, so little information. What have you tried to fix this?

Dear All,
I am using a frame in aspx page and during a postback based on certain condition, I want that page should redirect to another page.
If i am using response.redirect or server.transfer, the page opens in the frame only but i want it to open in the main browser window.
I could achieve this by using top.location in javascript but in this case, request goes to server once again which is time taking. Please suggest.

you can use the same javascript - bind it dynamically in the code-behind using the Page.RegisterStartupScript
