The two are generally unrelated. Just being on a domain does not cause web requests to be logged, although your browser will typically keep a cache of all items retrieved (whether or not on a domain) and a domain administrator or anyone else granted administrative rights to the computer will be able to access that. If you want to avoid this you'll have to clear the cache before logging off.

However, your network administrator may have installed some logging software on a firewall device between your network and the Internet, or a proxy server that your web requests go through. In this case you wouldn't be able to avoid the requests.

Whatever network you're using, you should follow the acceptable use policies of that network, and particularly if you don't own the computer that you're using.
