DropDown list allows for selecting a Location 2. Selected Location displays the seats available in the location. 3. Each seat in the location is a column in the new table. 4. Each record in the table shows the reservation/availability status for each of the seats in the location. (The reservation is for a time slot of 2 hours). Seat 1 Seat 2 9:00AM -- Filled Filled 11:00 AM -- Filled Available 1:00PM -- Available Available 3;00PM -- Filled Filled and so on.. What I don't have is a table with 9:00AM, 11:00AM.. slots. I am currently using a table that only contains the reserved slots for each seat in a location and not the status of availability for each available slot (every 2 hours). For example, if a seat is reserved for 9:00AM and 1:00PM in a given location on a given date, that is all the information the reference table currently contains. It does not contain any information about what the seat status is at, say, 11:00AM or 3:00PM, 5:00PM, etc. What I am looking for is a way to populate a table or a list with this kind of extended information. can you think of an easy way? The other work around is that you can take list fill it with the items of reserved slots and then add all remaining slots with free status. Sorry I put my question in wrong way. I want the.NET macro to record some lines of code so that I can use it in later whenever needed. It works fine in 2003 but not working in 2005. I've never used those macros, sorry. I assume there's a setting. Do you mean autocomplete, where you type in a part of the code and hit tab twice to see it filled ? I'm sure it's still there, but again, I never use it. When u open a project press Alt+F8 u get Macro Explorer. With macros, you can for example record some actions you do in your editor (Tools/Macros/Record) and replay them afterwards (Tools/Macros/Run). Of course you can program them, too. With snippets, you can define code blocks with parameters (for types, names, ...) and use a shortcut to add them to your code.
