Yes i am having proxy server internet and this ip address is of local machine so should i specify ip of Proxy server and also in the smtpserver of local machine whcih ip should i specify???

This needs to be a real mail server, one that actually sends mail.

I Want reload data from DataBase after 15 seconds to WebPage. otherwise, my page must update new data from database to page after 15 seconds. But I don't know How do it?, I must use AJAX ?. How to Create above Page?.

i ve written code for image slideshow using slideshowextender in ajax..
now if the user selects a particular image,tat image should be displayed in a seperate image control....
how to give the image path to the new image control..
the paths for slideshow is stored in an array...
pls help me out...

hey someone help me out with this,
been using the response.redirect method, i am trying to show the sessage, if it is a specified value. and show the custom message.
msgBox(""). it works fine in the development server. but when it migrate to testing server i got this message.
Error Message:
Showing a modal dialog box or form when the application is not running in UserInteractive mode is not a valid operation. Specify the ServiceNotification or DefaultDesktopOnly style to display a notification from a service application.
pls be advise where i have done wrong

Your server is where your VB code runs. Unless you're testng the site on the server machine, this means your code is going to stop execution, on the server, and no-one will see the message box in order to close it.
I recommend reading up on the way that ASP.NET works, this is reasonably fundamental stuff.

i want to allow my users to create subdomain automatically by entering a specific name and pressing a button.and then when users call his/her subdomain address,my program redirect him/her to specific address.
for example:
a user create a subdomain [USER.mysite.com]
and when he/she call this subdomain i want to redirect him/her to [www.mysite.com/001.html]page.
please help me to do it...or guide me that how to learn it

Add a parameter with direction set to ParameterDirection.ReturnValue to the command.
If the procedure also returns a result, you have to read the result (or discard it) before you can read the value of the parameter.
