but my array is very large
my array size is 1500 that will increase to 15,000,000 cells and i have to work on this array 1,000,000 times.so i must to declare this array once time with 15,000,000 cells or i increase that size when is need.
with your method, i need a super mainframe for compute...

Use the List class, which is a dynamic array. Arrays can't be resized, you can only create a new array and copy elements from the old one into it.

Hello all,,

i need a Contact List Grabber/importer for ( ASP.NET )

How To import (Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL) Contacts...??

Like when you want to invite your friends to websites like (Facebook,, Hi5,, Myspace)

you enter your email and password.. and the script Get's your Contacts... and send them a invite Or Check "Who Is In!" ...

Have you got any solution for this. I have the code to import (Yahoo, Rediff, Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail and AOL) but it is showing some issues with the hotmail and aol. Can you help me out for correcting this.

hi you can load your picture from your database on the another empty page and in your gridview you must to addressed this page instead of the image url
in the other word:
you have to first load your picture from your db and write on the empty page with response.write() command for starting and response.end() after the write and then this page is your loaded image and use this and enjoy.

Hi fellas.

I am currently working on a website for my project. I am trying to create a settings page where users can change the color schemes (via css) of the page via a dropdown menu.

My question is after the user has inputted the color schema, or in other words, the appropriate css file to load, how do I load that particular css file to the current page?

And even if I managed to load it to the current page, the entire site is supposed to use that particular css file. How do I ensure that?

ASP.NET 1.1 or ASP.NET 2.0?

In ASP.NET, the path of CSS file can be changed in BasePage. We used to re-generate the whole HTML code from head to bottom. Maybe. you can declare one variable to set the dynamic path of CSS file. (You will get what I mean if you have any idea about creating base page in ASP.NET. )

In ASP.NET 2.0, you can change the theme by setting Page.Theme = "MyTheme";

b) Where viewstate is stored? Is it on server memory?

c) Type are stored in which namespaces? Is it system?

Data is transferred on HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) which sits on top of TCP/IP. As the name suggests it is a text based protocol.

On the page. While the server is processing the page a copy be held in the ViewState property.

I download one Malayalam unicode font and install it in the windows fonts.i could see this font in the word,but i cannot change the words to this font.My question is how we can use the unicode font in our webpage.i want to show some text in Malayalam,i had given the font for the Textbox is this Unicode font and when i open the webpage what all letters am typing in the Textbox still showing in English.suppose if we are using some unicode font in the webpage and when the people are opening the webpage will they get words in this font.how we can show a text in unicode fonts without installing the fonts in the clients machine.Because the contents every week it is changing so administrator has to do the changes.

Hi.

Here's my situation...

I'm currently working on an ASP.net application that uses the OWC11 components and I'm putting it on a client's machine that's running Windows Vista. I've been able to upgrade all of my code to work with Vista (MySQL, etc), however, I'm hitting a brick wall with OWC11. Everytime I use the ExportPicture method from the ChartSpace class, I get a blank image on the Vista server. However, I will also mention that the exact same code works perfectly on a server with Windows XP Pro SP2, with the same components installed (.Net 3.0, OWC11, and so on).

I've tried regestering the OWC11.dll file using regsvr32 OWC11.dll on the Vista machine, but that has proven to be of no help to my current situation.

Is there a setting in the IIS Management Console that I'm missing on the Vista computer?

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Realistically you cannot. Some mail takes days to bounce, and it's not really a sociable thing to do in any case. You'd have to write a mail program to check for bounced mail, and to track what mail you had sent.

I want to get the plain text of my harshed password and send the plain text thru email to users of my page. I used something like this but didnt work

You can't. Hashing is a one way encryption. You cannot reverse the process.

The only way to get the plain text back is by brute force. You cycle through all possible passwords until the hash values match up. This is an increadibly expensive operation.

You can't.

You can configure membership to store the passwords using reversible encryption.

Are you implementing a forgotton password feature? There's already a password recovery control that handles this for you.
