i want to play wave file i have written following code but its not working.plz tell me how can i do this?

Why don't you use SoundPlayer class which is built in .NET?

This does not work, .. removes one level of directory provided there is no filename
in between

What is "the script"? What script? Is this a specific script? Or are you using it as a synonym for the language (C# in the context of this forum)

That has nothing to do with C#. ASPX files are part of ASP.NET which is a framework. The fact that you can include C# in ASPX files is purely incidental (you can also use VB.NET).
Your question is better asked in the Web Development or ASP.NET forums, not here.

WCPierce.Web. The namespace doesn't differ just because it's VB and not C#. You do understand the concepts behind .NET don't you?

it dosenot works.It tells namespace cannot found.

Import/using globalises a namespace, it doesn't force the namespace to be present. You need to make sure you have a reference to your dll.

The namespace is language independent.
To start using a namespace you must:
- add to your project a reference to the DLL file (use Visual Studio Solution pane);
- add an Import statement to your VB source file(s)
|

fits in a much smaller spoon.

Hi
I m working in VS2005 C# Windows Application.I have created a .DLL file and added reference in my application.I have also copied the .PDB(Progam Debug Database) file with DLL .Its working fine but when i debug code it does not show the code of .DLL.Orginal code is on any other computer and compiled on that. i have copied .DLL and .PDB files.When i click F11 for going into .DLL code from my application it gives error "There is no source code available for the current location".
ANy body have Idea how to view code???Can i view code if i have .DLL and .PDB file but not original code????

If you don't have the code, how do you expect to see it? Your best bet is to use a disassembler. Check out Reflector[^]
AFAIK, you can't integrate it with the debugger.
